Agreement and operator
These terms govern use of VIZRO STUDIO supplied by BHP Production, at Kahilipara Main Rd, Bongshar, Jonaknagar, Kahilipara, Bongshar, Guwahati, Assam 781019. Contact: support@vizro.in · 9577781416. Review the relevant plan, payment, refund, privacy and acceptable-use pages before subscribing. Where a separately agreed written contract applies, its agreed provisions govern that arrangement subject to applicable law.
Accounts and channel authority
Access is provided to approved channels and authorised staff. The person applying or administering a channel must have authority to do so. Keep contact details accurate, protect passwords and verification codes, and remove staff access when it is no longer authorised. Do not share credentials or use another channel's account. Platform role permissions and plan limits apply to all operations, including API requests.
Service and licence
During an active permitted access period, users may use the software and authorised assets for their channel's graphics work. Ownership of customer-supplied news, photos and logos remains with the relevant rights holder. Saving a template does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, images or fonts. Platform-provided assets are subject to any stated licence and may not be redistributed as a competing asset pack. No exclusivity or transfer of platform intellectual property is implied.
Plans, trial and expiry
Paid plan names, prices, discounts, validity, staff seats, template limits and download quotas are shown before purchase. A trial is temporary access to a selected paid plan. On expiry, restricted creation/export can pause until the channel renews. A downgrade can require the Channel Admin to choose which staff and templates remain active. Other saved items can remain inactive; a plan change does not itself instruct us to erase historical data. Existing billing snapshots are not rewritten when plan prices change.
Editorial responsibility
Users are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their publication, image rights, font licences, protected identities and privacy. Review the complete graphic before export. Automated text layout, background removal, markup, warnings and the handbook assist work but cannot certify a publication as accurate, lawful or safe. Downloading a graphic does not automatically publish it to a social platform.
Availability, changes and misuse
Performance depends on the user's device, browser, image size, connectivity and third-party services. “Ready in 10 seconds” describes an intended quick workflow, not a service-level guarantee for every graphic. Maintenance or security measures can temporarily affect access. Material product or policy changes will be communicated through appropriate service channels. We may restrict unauthorised or unlawful use; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Liability and disputes
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law and any separately agreed contract, the provider is not responsible for a user's unlawful publication, unauthorised third-party assets, device/network failures or indirect losses outside its reasonable control. Indian law applies to this India-based service, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of a competent court; no compulsory forum or arbitration arrangement is invented here.
