Scope and provider
This notice explains how BHP Production handles personal information for VIZRO STUDIO, its website, demo, channel workspaces and support. It also explains device storage. Information collected
Account and channel information may include names, email addresses, mobile numbers, channel identity, logos, profile photos, roles, account status and sign-in/security activity. Registration applications, demo contact details, email-code verification activity, demo sessions, device category and download-start counts may be recorded. Support messages, billing details, payment-provider references, plan assignments and production activity may also be retained.
News text and limited production metadata can be stored as records. Low-resolution record thumbnails can be stored separately. Original editing photos normally remain in the browser or desktop application. Logos, template backgrounds, graphics, fonts and other assets that a user explicitly uploads or saves for reuse may be stored on the server. Consequently, the service does not claim that no images are ever stored on its servers.
Purposes and access
We use information to approve and operate channel accounts, authenticate users, enforce roles and quotas, deliver requested email, process subscriptions, keep production records, prevent abuse and respond to support or lawful requests. Channel Admins can access information within their own channel. Authorised technical staff may access relevant information for maintenance, account administration, security, billing and support. Do not put unnecessary personal or sensitive information into a template or support message.
Providers and disclosures
Hosting, configured email delivery and payment providers receive information needed for their services. Payment credentials are entered through the configured payment provider; VIZRO does not ask users to send card passwords, CVV or one-time banking codes in support messages. External links and optional third-party services have their own notices. We do not publish a private channel logo as a marketing partner without an explicit administrative choice and appropriate permission.
Retention
The configured production-thumbnail cleanup removes eligible thumbnails after 30 days while retaining the news record and a colour placeholder. Cleanup depends on scheduled processing and backup rotation; it is not a promise of instantaneous deletion from every backup at midnight. Saved template/branding/library assets are excluded from that thumbnail rule. Account, support, demo, billing and security records follow operational and applicable legal retention requirements and are reviewed when a valid privacy request is received.
Device storage and your choices
Essential cookies, browser storage and caches support login, preferences, templates, local editing, recovery and version updates. Clearing them can remove unsaved work and require signing in again. You can request access, correction, account assistance, deletion or withdrawal of optional consent using support@vizro.in · 9577781416. We may need to confirm your identity and channel authority before acting. Some records may be retained for security, accounting, dispute resolution or other legal requirements. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authority. We do not promise perfect security; report suspected misuse promptly.
