Digital service delivery
VIZRO STUDIO is delivered as online software access and, where provided, downloadable desktop applications. No physical parcel is included in a software subscription. Any separately offered physical service requires its own stated delivery terms.
Account setup
Submitting a channel application does not immediately grant Studio access. The platform owner reviews the application. After approval and activation, the authorised contact receives setup instructions or a password-creation invitation through the configured email service. Staff accounts are managed by their Channel Admin. Invitation and security links can expire; use the supported recovery route or ask the appropriate administrator for help.
Paid access and renewal
Eligible paid access is delivered after captured payment is confirmed by the server. Payment-provider outages, bank delays, account checks or incorrect customer details can delay activation. If payment is confirmed but access is unavailable, contact support@vizro.in · 9577781416 with the order reference so that the transaction can be investigated; do not assume a second payment is necessary.
Software and files
Use supported devices and official installer links. Installing or selecting a local/office network folder requires appropriate operating-system and network permissions. Photo editing and export depend on the device. Local or shared-drive JPEG delivery is separate from retaining a production record on the server. A demo export carries the VIZRO STUDIO SAMPLE watermark; demo designs are temporary and do not become persistent channel templates.
