Permitted work
Use VIZRO STUDIO only through an authorised account for legitimate newsroom and graphics work within the assigned permissions and plan. Obtain permission to use photos, logos, fonts, graphics and source material. Keep access limited to the staff who need it.
Prohibited activity
Do not publish unlawful threats, harassment, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawfully exposed protected identities, fraudulent impersonation or other unlawful material. Do not use the service to steal credentials, deliver malware, bypass access controls, access another channel's data, defeat quotas or disrupt other users. Do not redistribute proprietary platform assets as your own competing asset library.
Newsroom care
An allegation is not a finding of guilt. Consider privacy, protected identities, minors, victims and the rights of people shown. Blur/pixelation, an eye bar or a watermark can be insufficient when names, locations, voice, captions or context still identify someone. You remain responsible for the final image and copy. The platform handbook and safety checklist are guidance rather than legal clearance.
Reporting and response
Report suspected misuse through support@vizro.in · 9577781416, providing the relevant reference and a description. Avoid unnecessarily sharing sensitive material in a support message. We may restrict harmful or unauthorised activity and review a reasonable appeal. We may preserve information where needed for security, legal duties or dispute handling. A support ticket is not an emergency service; contact appropriate authorities for an immediate danger.
